We decided to take the plunge and have the kids start sharing a room. Below are pictures of the disassembly and reassembly of the beds. The kids had a ton of fun, and are very excited to be sharing a room now. It's going surprisingly well - they each have their own reading light and seem to be able to read and/or sleep as they choose without bugging each other too much. We're still working on moving all of the necessary furniture into and out of the room, but we hope to have it fully set up again before school starts up again.
